Delta will add 13 flights and nearly 2,000 more seats for college football fans between Dec. 29 and Jan. 2.

As the top four college football teams in the nation battle it out to secure their spot in the coveted January game, Delta is adding flights for customers heading to Los Angeles or New Orleans in the coming weeks. 

In addition to its current schedule, Delta is increasing service to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) from Detroit (DTW) and Birmingham, Alabama (BHM), for Wolverines and Crimson Tide fans.
